Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Only the Swish30 is vegan. 

Q: Can I take X product to help with X condition? 

A: Hydrastat cannot make medical or product recommendations for your condition. It is against the law for dietary supplement companies to recommend products for any medical condition. However, if you’d like to try X product, we recommend taking it to your doctor, letting them know you’d like to try it, and asking your doctor to monitor your condition for improvements over time. This works well with most physicians, as the physician doesn’t have to know much about the product, and it is the responsibility of your physician to monitor your condition. 

Q: Do your products have an expiration date?

​​A: Our products are generally considered expired two years after their manufacture date or 30-45 days after being opened. The expiration date is located at the bottom of the bottle. However, if the Swish30 was stored in a cool and dry spot, it is not unsafe and can still be taken, but its potency goes down over time, so you may experience different benefits. 

Q: Can anyone take the product?

A: The Swish30 cannot be used by individuals under 18, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. If you are concerned about a condition or specific ingredient please reach out to your doctor. 

Q: Can I take your products while breastfeeding?

A: We recommend you talk to your doctor about whether it would be safe to take our products or any supplements simultaneously. If you need the ingredients list, click here or email [e-mail], and we can provide you with the information you need. 

Q: Where does the collagen in PrimaSkin originate from?

A: Our collagen is derived from marine sources, specifically fish.

Q: Can I have the amount or how much of X ingredient is in your product?

A: We have several ingredients in our proprietary blends, and we do not give out the amounts to protect our intellectual property. If you need to know the amount of an ingredient in our proprietary blends due to medical reasons or a request from your physician, send an email to [e-mail] 


Q: What happens if I receive my product and it is extremely hot or frozen? 

A: Hydrastat products should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, which may reduce their effectiveness. If you receive a product where the bottles feel excessively hot (above 120°F) or if the product has been frozen, please contact our customer service team for guidance on how to proceed.

Q: If I don't swish the product, and just swallow it straight away, will the results not be as strong?

A: You will still see results, but the results may vary due to not swishing it for at least 30 seconds. Due to that, we recommend you swish the product at least 30 seconds for the best results. 

For the best results, please swish the product for at least 30 seconds. 

Q: Why isn't my product lasting me 30 days? 

A: We recommend you take 2 teaspoons every day in total in order for the product to last the full 30 days. Please keep in mind that one capful is 1 teaspoon so if you are measuring by the cap of the bottle, it will be 2 caps every day. If you are measuring the product with the clear cup that comes with the bottle, you will drink only one clear cup per day since the cup measures out to 2 teaspoons. If you would like to drink more than the recommended amount, you may, just keep in mind it won’t last the full 30 days. 
 

Q: Can I take more than one of the products at once?

A: Please do not take more than one of the products in one same dosage. If you would like to take more than one product every day, you may, however please space out the dosages so that you don't consume it all at once. 

It is recommended to wait about 2-3 hours in between dosages. 

Q: Where can I find the lot number of the bottle?

A: You may locate the lot number of the bottle you have by looking at the bottom of the bottle and the lot number will be located at its base. 

Q: Can I take more than the recommended serving size?

A: Yes, if you would like to take more than the recommended serving size, you may. Just keep un mind that if you take more than the recommended serving size, your bottle won't last the full 30 days. 

If you do decide to increase your dosage, please do it in small increments. 

Q: Where are the ingredients sourced?

A: Our ingredients are sourced from a variety of reputable suppliers, depending on the specific ingredient. We always aim to select the cleanest, safest, and most effective options available. Each ingredient comes with a certificate of analysis (CoA) from the manufacturer, which we review carefully before use.

Q: Are there any tests for possible contaminants and heavy metals in the formulas?

A: At this time, we do not perform in-house or third-party testing on every raw ingredient, due to the cost and time required. Instead, we rely on detailed CoAs provided by our suppliers, which typically include results for heavy metals and microbial contaminants. We also conduct microbial testing on our finished formulas to ensure product safety. Expanding our testing capabilities is a future goal as we continue to grow.

Q:  Do you use a glass container or plastic?

A: Our final products are bottled in food-safe plastic containers that meet or exceed FDA standards for ingestible products. During production, ingredients are handled in glass or food-grade plastic containers to ensure safety and maintain purity throughout the process.

Q: 4. Are the machinery and tools used to make this formula sterile and free of all residues from cleaning solutions?

A: Yes. We take cleanliness seriously and avoid harsh chemical cleaners on any surface that may come into contact with ingredients or final product. Instead, we use natural, food-safe sanitizing agents that leave no harmful residues.

Q: Do your products contain graphene?

A: No. To the best of our knowledge, our products contain no graphene. Our purified water system removes virtually all organic and inorganic materials from the base solvent, and we ensure that all ingredients meet safety standards—including any applicable limits for materials like graphene.
